2007 World Excellence Award
Renaissance Global Logistics (RGL), a James Group International company, is the recipient of a World Excellence Award by Ford Motor Company. The award program, jointly developed by Ford and its suppliers, began in 1998. There are three levels of awards: Gold, Silver and Recognition of Achievement. RGL received a Recognition of Achievement award for Diversity and Community Service.

For the second straight year, Motor City Express (MCX), a James Group International company, is the recipient of General Motor’s (GM) prestigious Supplier of the Year Award. The 16th annual award, themed the “Best of the Best,” was given during ceremonies held April 26, 2008 at the Sawgrass Marriott Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida

James Group International Awarded General Motors IPC Contract
Following a rigorous bidding process, General Motors IPC awarded James Group International (JGI) a contract to handle its global consolidation business. This contract will be handled by a new division of JGI. This new division will operate out of a new 400,000 square foot facility that will be operational by September 2008.

James Group International Climbs The BE 100s List
James Group International (JGI) is among the 100 largest African American-owned service/industrial firms in the country, according to Black Enterprise (BE) magazine. JGI moved up five spots this year to 47th place on the 2007 Annual BE 100s list, a ranking conducted annually for black-owned businesses.
Black Enterprise has been ranking the nation's top black-owned businesses for 33 years. The publication develops rankings by gathering information from government agencies, professional organizations, industry associations, business information services, entrepreneurs, and corporations. Companies must be at least 51 percent black-owned and fully operational for the previous calendar year to qualify for inclusion on the BE 100 list.

James Group International is listed on the Crain’s Private 200 List
James Group International’s (JGI) 19.1% revenue increase in 2006 landed the company at position 144 on the Crain’s Private 200 list. The Crain's Private 200 list, published yearly by Crain's Detroit Business ranks privately owned southeastern Michigan companies by revenue.

ON WHEELS INCORPORATED - Urban Wheel Award
2007 Supplier of the Year
James Group International is the recipient of the 2007 Supplier of the Year, Urban Wheel Award. The awards honors automotive manufacturers, executives, suppliers, advertising agencies and motor sports organizations who have contributed to diversity in the industry. On Wheels, Incorporated, producer of The Urban Wheel Awards, is a multicultural multimedia company that publishes African Americans On Wheels, Asians On Wheels and Latinos On Wheels magazines.
