JGI's warehouse network consists of five facilities with a total of 868,000 square feet of storage space. These facilities can receive product from local and global manufacturing sites by rail, air, water or truck. Warehouse services support inbound logistics, distribution and aftermarket services in a way that improves inventory management, reduces total operating costs and improves cycle times.

Inventory Management
Inventory control begins at receipt with the log in and identification of materials. The warehouse management system (WMS) records all events while the material is in the warehouse, including location.
Cross Docking
Cross docking lowers labor, transportation and inventory costs by moving inventory from receiving to shipping without putting away, storing or possessing. JGI provides customers with the following cross docking solutions:
- Shipments are received from one mode of transport and transferred to another mode
- Shipments complete one leg of a journey prior to commencement of another journey

QA Control
Quality control ensures that product is received into and dispatched from the warehouse in a suitable condition, free from faults and defects.
