Bob George - Senior Vice President Bob is our senior operating executive responsible for leading all functional aspects of the company. He brings to the table a vast array of leadership experiences ranging from OEM and Tier 1 manufacturing operations to large supply chain logistics providers.
Prior to joining the James Group, Bob served 30 years as a Manufacturing Executive with General Motors, 3 years as General Manager Detroit Chassis, 4 years as COO for a large Supply Chain Logistics competitor, and 3 years in manufacturing business ownership and turnaround consulting.

As a graduate of Youngstown University, he is an Engineer by degree with training and acquired expertise as a renowned Process expert and Western Lean Culture teacher.

Lorron James - Vice President Lorron James is a graduate of Arizona State University (’05). He worked with the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball team as the Community Affairs Coordinator, before deciding to move back to Detroit to learn the family business, James Group International (JGI).
After his tenure as the Marketing/Sales Manager, Lorron moved into a Business Development role which enabled him to reach out to different customers outside of the automotive industry. During these years, he was apart of several large launches for projects inside and outside of the state. He also ran his own operation, transporting large steel coils to customers statewide. In addition to his new role, Lorron obtained a Master’s in Science Administration (MSA) degree from Central Michigan University in 2008. Soon after, he moved in to the role of Director of Supply Chain Management, where he assumed responsibility over the Renaissance Global Logistics (RGL) operation and business development team.

Today, Lorron serves as Vice President of James Group International. He continues to make strides into the defense and energy sectors, while retaining and growing his relationships with Ford, General Motors and other OEM’s.

Lorron community involvement includes being a graduate of the Leadership Detroit XXXI class through the Detroit Regional Chamber and mentoring a junior high student from the Pontiac based Grace Centers of Hope Program. Lorron currently serves as the President of the Intermediate Council at the Detroit Athletic Club. He also sits on the general Membership Development council board.



Kathy Green

Kathy Green - Vice President Logistics Services Kathy Green attended the University of Detroit and for more than thirty years, has held various positions in logistics and export boxing companies. Her most recent experience was managing the built up vehicle supply chain inventory of two major automotive OEMs, and also managing service parts operations and agent/office networks for U.S. based freight forwarding companies. Kathy has also supervised the launch of several off shore programs for automotive companies.




Ronald E. Butler

Ronald E. Butler - Executive Director of Administration Ronald E. Butler joined JGI in 2002. As the executive director of administration, he is responsible for Human Resources, Purchasing, Security and Litigation.

Prior to joining JGI, Mr. Butler was employed by DaimlerChrysler Corporation for over thirty years. He was hired in 1969 as a labor relations representative and over the years he held a number of positions with increased responsibility, including OSHA supervisor, labor relations supervisor, personnel manager. In 1989 he was promoted to senior manager of human resources.

Mr. Butler hold a bachelor's degree from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and a master's degree from the University of Phoenix.
